The President (in cooperation with the Executive Board) deliberately manufactured a "crisis" that needed to be "solved" in order to control who would join the next IACA board, because she disliked the incoming President and the incoming President's selection for Secretary. This was a very significant procedurally improper action that exceeded the President’s authority under the bylaws. If the Executive Board is willing to support this clearly improper action, what else would they support? Deleting emails to cover it up?
